In my last article introducing Natural Beauty Care, I briefly discussed the good health practices we need to try to do, in order to have a healthy body and appearance.

Today, I am going to focus on the skin in particular.

Looking after your skin as naturally as possible, is a huge part of the Natural Beauty Care approach. If your skin is healthy, all the products you use will absorb much better, and makeup will apply better as well. Most skin problems can be improved, or healed by ensuring a healthy body and skin.

Consider adding these things to your natural beauty care approach;

Water; An amazing resource for Healthy Skin Water; An amazing resource for Healthy Skin

Water;

 Including a good water intake (8 to 10 glasses/day) into your diet, is one of the most important things you can do for your body and skin. (Free too!) I would suggest getting a filter; the best you can get, or at least a jug filter; they are very cheap. Filters are great, as they take out the yucky chemicals that can damage your skin.  (chlorine is terrible for things like eczema)

Organic and Natural Body Products;

 When you put anything on your skin, hair or nails, the ingredients in them are going into your body. Just like what we eat and drink, it is important to know what we are using, and how things affect our body and skin. A good example of this is found with eczema; Some sufferers have found much relief from the horrible symptoms, just by changing to organic, or natural body products.

 It is best to avoid any chemicals, and other rubbish; consider changing your whole beauty cupboard! At the least, changing products that you use a lot of; like soap, shampoo and conditioner, face washes and creams, will help your skin recover a lot. I know we get attached to particular products sometimes : ) but there are some really beautiful natural products out there now; don’t be put off by thinking they won’t do as good a job, there are many well researched products now, that are fantastic, and will not only ‘do the job’, but will nourish your skin as well.

Natural is Best and Beautiful!

Organic and Natural Cleaning Products;

 Household cleaning products in general, are full of many chemicals and substances that are harmful to our body, and skin. If you or someone in your family suffers from any allergies or skin conditions; or if you just want your skin to be its healthiest, and look its best; put an overhaul of your cleaning products on your agenda!

Again, there are some very effective products available now, and also loads of natural ‘home remedies’ that do the job very well.

A Basic Skin Care Routine;

It's not a Luxury to take care of Your Skin!

It's not a Luxury to take care of Your Skin!

 It’s such an important part of keeping your skin healthy, and its appearance attractive.

Cleanse, Tone and Moisturize; Daily is best, morning and night if you can; especially if you wear makeup.

Weekly; A scrub or mask done once a week is fantastic for your skin, and will help improve dull or dry skin, and help clear dead skin, pimples, and blackheads.

 I will go into these basics further in future articles. If you’d like some more tips and information, including some great home remedies, see Natural Beauty Care.

                                 —————————————————–

If you can make the effort, keeping your skin healthy is pretty easy really, and will give you the great benefits of feeling and looking a whole lot better!

Including these things into your natural beauty care approach will improve your health, vitality and appearance, without putting anything into your precious body that was never meant to be there. : )

 I look forward to sharing with you again soon.

Let’s hope this means ‘the end is in sight’ for some of the nasty chemicals in use!
Perhaps natural beauty care will soon be more widespread, as sensible people become aware of it’s benefits.
What’s your view on this subject? You can leave a comment to share.
Have a great day wherever you are! : )

hi there!                                                                   Natural Beauty Care

 I’m very interested in natural beauty care, and if you’re reading this, then you are too, or perhaps you would like to learn more about it?

 I’m very passionate about all things to do with creating great health for my family, and I really enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with friends and others. I’ve found that more and more people are interested in learning how to treat their bodies’ well, and finding the great benefits of all things organic and natural. If this sounds like you, then you will enjoy this blog!

I’m going to be exploring many different aspects of organic and natural beauty care, including the basic foundational benefits of health for your beauty. The basic idea of natural beauty care, is to reduce or eliminate the use of synthetic, chemical, and other harmful substances from our body, so that our body will be naturally more beautiful. That’s why organic and natural body products should have no yucky junk in them, but instead, be packed full of beautiful ingredients from nature, that are great for your body, your health, and your beauty.

To start with, a truly natural beauty approach needs to address the health of the body. Then we are making the most of what we already have available to us. A good exercise routine, great eating/drinking habits, wholefood supplements, enough rest, and even including fun/dreams and goals into your life, will all have a good affect on your health, and therefore your natural beauty. The appearance of our skin, hair, eyes, and even nails, can be dramatically improved by good health. Even some bad skin problems can be relieved or healed, just by looking at what we eat and drink, and other factors, e.g; avoiding chlorine. (Chlorine is very bad for people with skin problems like eczema…when my stepdaughters had bad eczema, I would have to go to the pool during school swimming classes, in order to shower them, and put creams on after swimming…otherwise, they would suffer terribly with eczema symptoms…a few times, our littlest girl had to miss out on swimming completely, as the eczema got so bad!.)

 Well, I hope I haven’t bored you silly with all the ‘healthy stuff’! If you just want to learn all the fun stuff of beauty care, like yummy DIY facials, and soothing bath oils, don’t worry, we will be getting into them soon!

 That’s it for now…I hope you’ve been inspired to do an overhaul of your health, and see the results in your beauty.

 Bye for now : )
