hi there!
I’m very interested in natural beauty care, and if you’re reading this, then you are too, or perhaps you would like to learn more about it?
I’m very passionate about all things to do with creating great health for my family, and I really enjoy sharing what I’ve learned with friends and others. I’ve found that more and more people are interested in learning how to treat their bodies’ well, and finding the great benefits of all things organic and natural. If this sounds like you, then you will enjoy this blog!
I’m going to be exploring many different aspects of organic and natural beauty care, including the basic foundational benefits of health for your beauty. The basic idea of natural beauty care, is to reduce or eliminate the use of synthetic, chemical, and other harmful substances from our body, so that our body will be naturally more beautiful. That’s why organic and natural body products should have no yucky junk in them, but instead, be packed full of beautiful ingredients from nature, that are great for your body, your health, and your beauty.
To start with, a truly natural beauty approach needs to address the health of the body. Then we are making the most of what we already have available to us. A good exercise routine, great eating/drinking habits, wholefood supplements, enough rest, and even including fun/dreams and goals into your life, will all have a good affect on your health, and therefore your natural beauty. The appearance of our skin, hair, eyes, and even nails, can be dramatically improved by good health. Even some bad skin problems can be relieved or healed, just by looking at what we eat and drink, and other factors, e.g; avoiding chlorine. (Chlorine is very bad for people with skin problems like eczema…when my stepdaughters had bad eczema, I would have to go to the pool during school swimming classes, in order to shower them, and put creams on after swimming…otherwise, they would suffer terribly with eczema symptoms…a few times, our littlest girl had to miss out on swimming completely, as the eczema got so bad!.)
Well, I hope I haven’t bored you silly with all the ‘healthy stuff’! If you just want to learn all the fun stuff of beauty care, like yummy DIY facials, and soothing bath oils, don’t worry, we will be getting into them soon!
That’s it for now…I hope you’ve been inspired to do an overhaul of your health, and see the results in your beauty.
Bye for now : )

Healthy Skin as Part of Your Natural Beauty Care Routine « Naturalbeautycare's Blog
[...] Including a good water intake (8 to 10 glasses/day) into your diet, is one of the most important things you can do for your body and skin. (Free too!) I would suggest getting a filter; the best you can get, or at least a jug filter; they are very cheap. Filters are great, as they take out the yucky chemicals that can damage your skin.
